How much does a consultation cost?

A consultation with a dermatologist costs $150. A credit card number and expiry date is required to hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the consultation.

Do I need to have a consultation in order to have a treatment?

Most patients benefit from a consultation with our dermatologists or clinicians to create a treatment plan that addresses your concerns. Your plan will provide you with the recommendations and tools to optimize your results and ensure you are delighted with the outcome.

I saw your cosmetic dermatologist a while ago. Do I need another consultation?

If a lapse of visits greater than 12 months has occurred, our dermatologists will require a consultation in order to re-evaluate your current health status and treatment plan.

What are the main intersections that Pacific Dermaesthetics is located at?

Thurlow at Georgia Street, in the Fortis BC Building.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of underground parking below our building, the Fortis BC building; it is the same price as on-street parking. If you prefer to park on the street, there is metered parking on some of the streets but please be aware of parking restrictions.

How do I access the parking lot?

The parkade entrance is accessed off the back alley running parallel to Georgia Street. During construction of the new Trump Tower, the entrance to the alley is restricted from Bute Street. Please use Thurlow Street to access the alley.

How much does parking cost?

The parking lot is $3.00 for 30 minutes with a maximum of $17.00 for the day. Payment by card, at the elevators down to the parking lot. Street parking is also $3.00 for 30 minutes until 3PM.

What are the hours for the parking lot?

6:00AM to 6:30PM – Monday to Friday

What Skytrain station is closest to you?

The Burrard Skytrain Station is one block north-east of the Fortis BC Building.
The City Center Skytrain Station is four blocks east of the Fortis BC Building.

Do you offer financing to pay for treatments?

A Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) is as an alternative to financing. Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) allows business owners to 100% tax deduct medical and dental expenses through a PHSP. This can be arranged through The John Robinson Group Inc and Trusted Advisor™. Please visit trustedadvisor.ca for a list of approved expenses and an online application.
