How to prepare for an appointment
Find out about specific pre- and post-treatment expectations for cosmetic or medical procedures.
A cosmetic consultation is dedicated one-on-one time to discuss your skin condition and treatment options with one of our dermatologists. A consultation fee of $150 applies. Our team respects your time and when appropriate, certain treatments can be done on the day of your consultation depending on your skin’s condition and the doctor’s recommendation.
What to expect during an appointment
Our cancellation policy
We need you to call us with at least two business days’ notice if you want to cancel or change your cosmetic dermatology appointment. Please don’t send an email as we may not get it quickly enough. Unfortunately, if you cancel within two business days of your visit, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Late arrivals or missed appointments
Life can be hectic, and despite good intentions, you might be running late. Please call reception to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you when you arrive, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late, please be prepared to reschedule as we want to make sure we have enough time for your consultation or treatment.
If you miss an appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Courtesy reminders
We’ll contact you with a reminder call or email to confirm your appointment. If you haven’t heard from us 24 hours before your visit, please call us.
Payment
At the end of your appointment, we accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Pacific Derm gift certificates.
Clinic Hours
Our hours of operation are 9-5 Monday through Friday.
