We require two business days notice by phone to cancel or change your cosmetic dermatology appointment so that we may accommodate another patient at that time. If notice is given with less than two business days, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Please do not cancel or change your appointment via email, as we will not receive it in a timely manner.
Reminder of Your Visit
As a courtesy, Pacific Derm will contact you with a reminder phone call or email to confirm your appointment. In the event that you do not hear from us within 24 hours of your appointment, we ask that you please call us to confirm it.
Life can be hectic and despite your best intentions, you may be running late for your appointment. If this happens, please call reception to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive, but please be prepared to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. We reserve service time exclusively for you—it is important to us to have ample time for an optimal consultation and treatment experience.
For missed appointments, a cancellation fee will be applied: $150 for cosmetic appointments and $75 for medical appointments.
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pacific Derm gift certificates as forms of payment.

Phones are answered between the hours of 9am and 5pm on the days that we are open.
Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays we are closed.
