On Saturday, July 22, 2017, Dr. Jason Rivers, Dr. Alexandra Kuritzky, and other dermatologists provided free skin cancer screening at a special clinic held by the Canadian Dermatology Association at the Vancouver Aquatic Centre. The doctors also offered residents resources and education related to early detection, how to prevent skin cancers, and how to conduct regular at-home self-examinations.
