Our ‘Forest of Hope’ Tree
Our clinic staff values giving back to our community. This season, the PacDerm team has chosen several worthy causes to which we are giving in different ways:
- YWCA’s Presents of Peace Program – donating a hamper of gifts to a single mother with five children
- YWCA’s Crabtree Corner – supporting women and their families in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside
- BCSPCA’s medical emergency program – contributing to Porter’s surgical needs
- Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (OWL) – providing medical supplies and a financial donation
- ‘Forest of Hope’ Charity Christmas Trees – purchased and decorated a seven-foot tree in our building lobby, with proceeds being donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank
